We are an Australian business and our shipping prices are based upon shipping to addresses within Australia.
Flat rate shipping of $15.00 is available for most items in the store and for purchases greater than $200.00 shipping is free within Australia.
For all other items there are three shipping options available, select your preference as you checkout.

When can i expect my order?
Adventure Hardware items usually will ship within 2-4 working days.
Your order will begin with a status of "pending" which indicates it is being transferred within our Australian warehouse locations, or "awaiting fulfillment" which indicates it is being prepared for shipping. Once your order changes to the status of "shipped" you will receive an email comfirmation and tracking details will be amde available. In most cases, a tracking number will be shown on your account, available by log within 24 hours of your item leaving the warehouse.
While we do our best to ensure the immediate availability of all items on our site, there are occassions when delays occur.
All goods in stock will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. We make every effort to advise you if any goods take longer than 5 working days to dispatch.
What happens now?
You will receive an order notification within hours of completing your check out. If you cannot see your notification check your email spam filter settings and add us to your address book as sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder.
How will i know when my goods are dispatched?
Our notification system will keep you up to date with your order every step of the way.
What if my goods take longer then expected?
If your goods are not supplied within the allowed time we will contact you by phone and/or email to seek your instructions. With your permission we can either keep the order in place with an updated delivery time, or refund your order.
What if my credit card fails?
You will be notifed by email from our secure payment gateway. The common reason for failure is the expiry date is incorrectly entered.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, should you received an incorrect or defective item.
We understand that shopping online often carries the risk that you don't like the item when it arrives, it doesn't fit or is not what you expected. In this situation, you pay the return shipping costs, and we will provide a replacement item at our cost (*note this does not apply to items under a certain price range. Contact us for details) ... or a refund if that is what you prefer.
Be sure to Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an authorization code and to receive return shipping details. Please include the original packaging with your items.
Upon receipt we will issue you with a store credit / refund - or send the replacement item to you.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Our experience is that this service works reasonably well between capital cities but is less accurate, due to infrequent updates, when items are shipped regionally or via air to Western Australia.

Fast, efficient service so you need to be home, or at the office to accept delivery. Most of their drivers are contracted and work on a sharp "time is money" principle. If you get a card from them saying they missed you - respond fast!
